Welcome
The laboratory of artificial societies and information technologies carries out following activities:
- ensuring the functioning and publication of the electronic scientific journal "Artificial Societies";
- carrying out various events on the subject of the laboratory (round tables, conferences, seminars, presentations, etc.);
- cooperation with related national and international organizations;
- provision of consulting services in the field of forecasting the main macroeconomic indicators of Russia and its regions based on the developed economic and mathematical models (agent-based, CGE and econometric models, neurocomputering), the development of analytical materials on various aspects of the development of the Russian economy, as well as financial and investment plans various objects.
The activities of the laboratory of artificial societies are aimed at obtaining the following results:
- a system of algorithms that imitate the typical structure and interaction of the main elements of socio-ecological-economic and political systems of different levels (factors of production, production function, value system, threshold of sensitivity to changes in the external environment and internal state);
- algorithms for aggregation of characteristics and states of individual elements of socio-ecological-economic and political systems in hierarchy and synchronization of their reactions;
- algorithms that imitate the behavior of the main elements of socio-ecological-economic systems (processing information about the external environment and internal state);
- a system of algorithms and protocols for the interaction of elements of socio-ecological-economic systems;
- procedures for building networks on a variety of interacting elements of socio-ecological-economic and political systems;
- procedures for decomposition of socio-ecological-economic systems on the above networks for efficient parallelization of the program code on supercomputers (minimization of information exchange between individual processes and ensuring dynamic uniformity of load distribution over the processors used).
Also, the laboratory in coalition with the Academy of Social Sciences of the PRC and the national supercomputer center of China, is developing a software and analytical complex to assess the consequences of government management decisions taken during intercountry economic wars, and its use in the system of distributed situational centers in Russia created in accordance with the Presidential Decree dated July 25, 2013 No. 648.
